Sunday was a day filled with some amazing food and drink. We had brunch at The Westin hotel, and when i say brunch.... it is known as the best in the world.
Food wise, you have 2 floors of food setup in a buffet. This buffet has a station for every country, so there will be a satay station grilling them fresh, a English station with roast beef and yorkshire pud, a cheese station.... the list really could go on. I decided to start with roast beef, then had 2 plates of lobster and crab claws, then some bacon and brie followed by desert, I then went back for dim sum and then finished off with some chocolate.
The drink is however the best bit, free re-fills.... on Veuve champage, made for a VERY good brunch
Add on to the above the 14piece orchestra (pic), opera singers, dancers, gymnasts and chinese yoyos and it is above and beyond anything I have ever been to before.
