Dinner this evening was at restaurant chain that is voted one of the top 10 in the world. Renowned for its duck it was a definately a must.
The duck is cooked fresh and presented to you by the chef. He will the carve it in front of you into bitesize pieces each with meat and slither of skin, presented on a plate in perfect fashion.... it tasted awesome. You are also given a seperate plate with the head split in 2, so as to access the brain, and the throat meat, both were delicious.
We accompanied this with a roasted baby pigeon, rice, bbq chicken with mixed nuts, and duck & orange soup, served within a scooped out orange. The meal was fantastic, and can highly recommended if ever in the area.
