Today was well required, I was in the pool at 0930 and bar a break for a breakfast buffet and to head to the bar to order jugs of Pimms throughout the day, left the pool at 1930 :)

Left with a little bit of a red back, but well relaxed after our tour of the best parts of China.

We even decided to eat dinner at the hotel, with 50% off food and neither of us in the mood to utilise much energy, it was a good choice.
